Whether it is a friendship, romance or partnership, parting ways with those we esteem can be quite challenging, especially if it is sudden and there is a strong attachment. This seminar will provide the tools for navigating relationship changes while remaining grounded.
-Note this seminar is not intended to guide you through a linear process of grieving,
but to encourage self discovery and support.
